CRA Service Paradigm

Redundancy: CRA provides 100% redundancy for the services we provide. When we put one person on site , two are trained. If an issue arises where we may need to add more staff, or if there is an illness, downtime and knowledge transfer is effective and seamless.

Flexibility: Good service is the result of an organization finding ways to answer all requests, while doing it in a timely fashion. The only way to accomplish this is to train the client, and be willing to go above and beyond the call of duty as it is necessary to meet their requirements.

Reliability: There is only one way to demonstrate reliability on an ongoing basis and that is to measure it. We will measure end user satisfaction with our service with our customers. While most will shy away from end user surveys, we welcome the opportunity. With this information we get better intelligence to service you, and we can demonstrate how we can provide value consistently. We believe this is one key reason clients of CRA have been so loyal.
